How do I generate a CSR (Certificate Signing Request)?

A CSR is required when you are purchasing or renewing existing SSL certificates. The CSR must be generated by the company that hosts your website. If BlueCentral is hosting your website the following steps apply:

  1. Login to Website Panel by:
    1. Clicking on "Services" then "My Services"
    2. Click on "View Details" adjacent to the relevant service.
    3. On the information page click on "login to Control Panel".
  2. Select "Web" and click on "Web sites"
  3. Click on the website name.
  4. Navigate to the "SSL" tab.
  5. Click on "Generate CSR"
